M5 south, leave at junction 31 take A30 signpost Okehampton.

Stay on A30 travelling south, leave at signpost marked Highgate Hill, A39 (A392) Indian Qeens, St Dennis. At island take the third exit onto A39.

At the end of the dual carriage way take the second exit off the island A392 Newquay.

At the next island (Quintrell Downs) go straight across, A392 Newquay, local sign Fistral.

Follow through to small island with Morrisons on the right, go straight across A392.

At the bottom of the hill take the second exit off the island, A392 Newquay, local sign Pentire.

At the next island take the first exit, A392 Newquay, Pentire.

Follow through and up the hill to the island and take the first exit, Pentire.

As the road bends left, stay with the main route Pentire Avenue.

Continue along Pentire Avenue straight across the crossroads with Pentire crescent.

Fistral Court is on the right immediately before the second crossroads with Fistral Crescent.

For parking, turn right onto Fistral Crescent and immediately right again down the slope, into Fistral Court. Your parking space is marked on the wall, Colan 4.
